The Story of Cure La Vie
It began over coffee — as so many meaningful things do.
On winter mornings spent volunteering at my children's Christian school, conversations with other mothers often circled back to the same quiet frustration: dry, reactive skin and the challenge of finding something truly safe and truly effective. We wanted products we could trust — without compromise.
One chilly morning, a small unlabeled tin was passed around our table. Inside was a silky, soothing balm — almost miraculous against winter-worn skin. The change was immediate. Questions quickly followed. What was in it? Where could we find more?
None of us realized how significant that simple moment would become.
When that small tin made its way to me, I didn't yet understand the role it would play in my life. But I knew this: families deserved skincare that is safe, nourishing, and rooted in integrity.
As a veteran, precision and accountability were not optional — they were ingrained in me. As a mother, that standard deepened even further. What we bring into our homes matters. What we put on our skin matters.
Over time, I stepped into stewardship of the formula — refining it, sourcing the highest-quality ingredients, and building a brand grounded in the values that matter most: faith, service, and excellence. I immersed myself in understanding every component, elevating sourcing standards, and ensuring each jar reflected intentional craftsmanship.
What began as a shared solution gradually became a personal mission.
Cure La Vie™ was born not from trend, but from conviction.
Today, as a Christian-owned, woman veteran-owned small business, Cure La Vie™ stands for more than skincare. It represents trust. Discipline. Care. And the belief that products made with integrity can truly make the difference in the everyday lives of families.
Each formulation is crafted with purpose — a quiet reminder that what begins in community can grow into a calling.
Ever Grateful,
Kristin
