Processing Time

Each Cure La Vie order is thoughtfully prepared in small batches. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.

Because we craft intentionally and in limited quantities, your order is carefully packed before it leaves our Kansas City studio.

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

 

Complimentary Shipping

Enjoy complimentary U.S. shipping on orders $75+.

Warm Weather Notice

Our formulas are crafted with natural, temperature-sensitive ingredients, including grass-fed tallow. During warmer months, slight softening may occur in transit. If this happens, simply allow your product to rest at room temperature before opening. Texture may vary slightly, but quality and integrity remain unchanged.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Cure La Vie is not responsible for carrier delays. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will gladly assist in filing a claim.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we may make it right.
